【摘要】：本研究以21世紀(jì)新的課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(教學(xué)大綱)，從吉林省警察隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的需要考慮提出來的。社會(huì)治安形勢(shì)隨著社會(huì)的變化日趨復(fù)雜，警察肩負(fù)的任務(wù)也日益繁重。警察的職責(zé)分工所具有的職業(yè)技術(shù)，決定了警察在社會(huì)中所扮演的角色愈來愈重要；警察教育與訓(xùn)練也必將發(fā)生變化；社會(huì)對(duì)警察專門人才需求的在不斷擴(kuò)大和調(diào)整，全國警察院校進(jìn)行學(xué)科專業(yè)和課程的改革，加強(qiáng)警察專業(yè)的技能化勢(shì)在必行。 本課題從知識(shí)與能力；過程與方法；情感態(tài)度三個(gè)層面，每個(gè)層面包括若干具體的要求設(shè)置吉林省警察院校體育課程建設(shè)。力求做到具有可操作性和可檢測(cè)性，對(duì)課程內(nèi)容、課程結(jié)構(gòu)、課程實(shí)施、課程評(píng)價(jià)都有很強(qiáng)的實(shí)踐性。課程建設(shè)突出了學(xué)生的需要、學(xué)科的發(fā)展、社會(huì)的要求以及未來工作的要求。達(dá)到具有一定階段的終結(jié)性、激勵(lì)進(jìn)取的前瞻性、一定的曲折性、不同指向的方向性、實(shí)施過程中具有可操作性的本質(zhì)特征。 警察體育是警察院校教育的重要組成部分，是培養(yǎng)德、智、體全面發(fā)展的社會(huì)主義建設(shè)專門警察人才的一個(gè)重要方面，也是黨的教育方針在警察隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的重要體現(xiàn)。警察體育課程要結(jié)合學(xué)校體育教學(xué)特點(diǎn)，教育學(xué)生熱愛黨，熱愛祖國，提高其為革命鍛煉身體的自覺性，以養(yǎng)成他們鍛煉身體的習(xí)慣。優(yōu)秀的警察院校學(xué)生應(yīng)具備有堅(jiān)定的政治信念和立場(chǎng)，優(yōu)異的身體素質(zhì)和過硬警體技戰(zhàn)術(shù)能力以及良好的心理素質(zhì)，為今后所從事警察的職業(yè)奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。 使學(xué)生把學(xué)習(xí)目的、生活目的與祖國建設(shè)的安全保衛(wèi)遠(yuǎn)大目標(biāo)統(tǒng)一起來，讓學(xué)生明確認(rèn)識(shí)到健康的身體對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)、生活和工作的重要意義，警體課程建設(shè)，教學(xué)任務(wù)中就必須對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行素質(zhì)教育，幫助學(xué)生確立正確的學(xué)習(xí)目的，培養(yǎng)他們形成科學(xué)的、持久的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)，激勵(lì)學(xué)生們努力學(xué)習(xí)，促進(jìn)學(xué)生德、智、體全面發(fā)展。使警察院校的體育課程設(shè)置，更能貼近實(shí)際，貼近公安實(shí)戰(zhàn)，為培養(yǎng)合格的未來警察服務(wù)。提出了警察體育教育教學(xué)模塊，包括學(xué)歷教育警體課模塊；警務(wù)技戰(zhàn)術(shù)模塊警務(wù)技戰(zhàn)術(shù)模塊的創(chuàng)新與優(yōu)勢(shì)；警察教育教學(xué)模式的選擇及其主要理論。 本課題采用了文獻(xiàn)資料法，專家訪談法，問卷調(diào)查法，邏輯分析法，數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法。經(jīng)以上分析得出了警察體育課程設(shè)置的結(jié)論。 新模式打破了舊模式常規(guī)的教學(xué)內(nèi)容體系。新模式中彌補(bǔ)了學(xué)歷教育警體課內(nèi)容的不足;填補(bǔ)了警察學(xué)歷教育警體課內(nèi)容的空白，完善了警務(wù)技戰(zhàn)術(shù)課程內(nèi)容體系，為警察大學(xué)生的警務(wù)技戰(zhàn)術(shù)訓(xùn)練提供了理論依據(jù)和科學(xué)指導(dǎo)方案。采取新的教學(xué)模式，在教學(xué)程序和教學(xué)步驟安排上聯(lián)系警察教育培訓(xùn)的特點(diǎn)，成為警察培訓(xùn)實(shí)踐教學(xué)的一種重要模式。新的課程內(nèi)容體系設(shè)立12個(gè)模塊，，這些模塊的設(shè)立突出了警察技能，這是今后吉林省警察體育課程設(shè)置的努力方向。
[Abstract]:This study is based on the new curriculum standard of the 21st century (syllabus), which is put forward from the needs of the police team construction in Jilin Province. The social security situation is becoming more and more complicated with the changes of the society. The role of the police in the society is becoming more and more important, and the police education and training are bound to change. With the expansion and adjustment of the society's demand for specialized police personnel, it is imperative for the police colleges and universities to reform the discipline, specialty and curriculum, and to strengthen the skill of the police specialty. This topic from the knowledge and ability; process and method; emotional attitude three levels, each level including a number of specific requirements to set up Jilin Province police college physical education curriculum construction, strive to achieve operability and detectability, curriculum content, Curriculum structure, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation are all very practical. Curriculum construction highlights the needs of students, the development of disciplines, the requirements of society and the requirements of future work. Encouraging enterprising forward-looking, certain flexibility, different direction, the implementation process has the operational nature of the characteristics. Police physical education is an important part of police academy education, and an important aspect of the cultivation of specialized police personnel for the all-round development of moral, intellectual and physical development of socialism. It is also an important embodiment of the Party's educational policy in the building of the police force. The police physical education curriculum should combine the characteristics of physical education in schools, educate students to love the party and the motherland, and improve their consciousness of exercising their bodies for the revolution. In order to develop their physical training habits, excellent police college students should have firm political beliefs and positions, excellent physical fitness, excellent physical skills and tactics, and good psychological quality. Lay a solid foundation for the future career of the police. To unite the purpose of study and life with the lofty goal of safety and security in the construction of the motherland, so that students can clearly realize the importance of a healthy body to their study, life and work, and the construction of the police physical education curriculum. In the teaching task, we must carry on the quality education to the student, help the student to establish the correct study aim, train them to form the scientific and lasting study motive, encourage the students to study hard, promote the student's morality and intelligence, In order to train qualified police in the future, this paper puts forward the teaching module of police physical education, including the police physical education module of academic qualification education, which is close to the reality and the actual combat of the public security, so as to make the physical education curriculum of police colleges and universities more close to the actual situation and serve for the training of qualified future police. The innovation and advantage of police technical and tactical module, the choice of police education teaching mode and its main theory. This subject adopts the method of literature, expert interview, questionnaire investigation, logic analysis, mathematical statistics, and draws the conclusion of the police physical education curriculum through the above analysis. The new model breaks the traditional teaching content system of the old model. The new model makes up for the deficiency of the police physical education content, fills up the blank of the police sports content in the police education, and perfects the police technical and tactical curriculum content system. It provides the theoretical basis and scientific guiding scheme for the police technical and tactical training of police college students, adopts a new teaching mode, and combines the characteristics of police education and training in teaching procedure and teaching step arrangement. It has become an important mode of practical teaching of police training. The new curriculum content system has set up 12 modules, the establishment of which highlights the police skills, which is the direction of the future police physical education curriculum in Jilin Province.
