【摘要】： 聾人青少年犯罪已成為當(dāng)今社會(huì)非常棘手的問(wèn)題。筆者結(jié)合從事聾教育工作多年的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),以及參與公、檢、法機(jī)關(guān)辦案過(guò)程中承擔(dān)手語(yǔ)翻譯的實(shí)踐經(jīng)歷,通過(guò)對(duì)我市近五年間聾人違法犯罪情況的調(diào)查,對(duì)犯罪聾人青少年進(jìn)行案例分析,就聾人犯罪的特點(diǎn)、成因等方面作一探析,從中發(fā)現(xiàn)帶有普遍性、規(guī)律性的問(wèn)題,并就如何更好地預(yù)防、治理聾人青少年犯罪提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,為家庭、社會(huì)、學(xué)校教育以及司法實(shí)踐采取有效措施提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Juvenile delinquency among deaf people has become a very difficult problem in the society today. The author combines years of practical experience in deafness education work, as well as the practical experience of taking part in sign language interpretation in the process of handling cases by public, prosecutorial and legal organs. Through the investigation of the situation of deafness and crime in recent five years in our city, the case study on the juvenile of deaf people is carried out, and the characteristics and causes of the crime of deaf people are analyzed, from which we can find the problems with universality and regularity. It also puts forward the corresponding countermeasures on how to better prevent and control juvenile delinquency of deaf people, and provides the basis for taking effective measures in family, society, school education and judicial practice.
