【摘要】：信息不對(duì)稱(chēng)問(wèn)題是導(dǎo)致網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件發(fā)生的重要原因。在網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件中,無(wú)論是信息的稀缺還是過(guò)剩,都會(huì)引起公眾的過(guò)激反應(yīng)。媒體、政府部門(mén)在消除信息不對(duì)稱(chēng)的過(guò)程中往往會(huì)制造和強(qiáng)化另一種信息不對(duì)稱(chēng)。如何實(shí)現(xiàn)政府、媒體與公眾之間充分及時(shí)的溝通,消減信息不對(duì)稱(chēng)狀態(tài),避免或減少網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件的發(fā)生是一個(gè)值得我們深入思考的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:The problem of information asymmetry is an important reason for the occurrence of network group events. In the network group events, whether the scarcity of information or the excess of information, will cause the public to overreact. In the process of eliminating information asymmetry, government departments often create and strengthen another kind of information asymmetry. How to realize the full and timely communication between government, media and the public, and reduce the information asymmetry, To avoid or reduce the occurrence of network group events is a problem worthy of our deep consideration.
