【摘要】：從盧剛事件到馬曉明殺親,從劉海洋傷熊行為到馬加爵兇殘地殺死了四名同學,一目目觸目驚心場景令人膽顫,在全國范圍內(nèi)引起了很大反響。為什么受過多年學校教育并受過高等教育的大學生會走上犯罪的道路?這就需要我們用新的視角去審視大學生犯罪。 正如菲利所言:犯罪必然在他的心理活動支配下進行,因為犯罪是一種有意識的活動,所以研究犯罪的最終途徑必然要研究罪犯的犯罪心理。大學生犯罪心理也值得我們?nèi)ヌ骄俊?本文依據(jù)對大學生犯罪心理特點和成因的分析,力圖通過個人、家庭、學校和社會的共同努力,完成對大學生犯罪心理的矯治和預防,從而減少大學生犯罪的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:From the Lu Gang incident to Ma Xiaoming's killing of his relatives, from Liu Hai's behavior of hurting the bear to the ferocious killing of four students by Ma Jia-jue, the sight of one eye was horrifying. There has been a nationwide backlash. Why do college students with years of schooling and higher education go on the path of crime? This requires us to use a new perspective to examine the crime of college students. As Philip put it: crime must be carried out at the mercy of his mental activities, for crime is a conscious activity, Therefore, the ultimate way to study crime is to study the criminal psychology of criminals, and the criminal psychology of college students is worth exploring. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and causes of college students' criminal psychology, this paper tries to complete the correction and prevention of college students' criminal psychology through the joint efforts of individuals, families, schools and society, thus reducing the occurrence of college students' crimes.
