【摘要】：由于各國偵查體制和訴訟模式的不同,在犯罪現(xiàn)場保護(hù)工作上也各具特色,對各國現(xiàn)場保護(hù)工作的主體、職責(zé)、步驟、任務(wù)等方面進(jìn)行比較研究,有利于深入探討我國現(xiàn)有的現(xiàn)場保護(hù)工作模式的優(yōu)劣之處,不斷提高我國犯罪現(xiàn)場保護(hù)工作的質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Because of the different investigation systems and litigation modes in different countries, they also have their own characteristics in crime scene protection work. This paper makes a comparative study on the main body, duties, steps, tasks and other aspects of the field protection work in various countries. It is helpful to probe into the advantages and disadvantages of the existing field protection mode and to improve the quality of crime scene protection in our country.
