【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展和小汽車數(shù)量的迅速增長,傳統(tǒng)的依靠增加基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)增加供給的方法已經(jīng)無法滿足日益增長的交通需求,從而導(dǎo)致交通擁堵問題的出現(xiàn)。面對資源和環(huán)境的限制,國外資源短缺城市轉(zhuǎn)變觀念提出了通過管理交通需求來使交通供給需求達到平衡的新方式。在人口密集,土地存進寸土的新加坡、香港等城市交通需求管理已經(jīng)具有成熟的實踐經(jīng)驗,并很大程度的緩解了城市的交通擁堵問題。交通需求管理在我國雖不是新興事物,但是其研究、制定、實施以及后續(xù)的評價還屬于起步階段,并沒有形成體系和機制。北京、廣州、深圳等城市在日常的交通中運用了交通需求管理措施,奧運會、亞運會、全運會期間交通需求管理措施發(fā)揮了巨大的作用,為這些大型活動的成功舉辦保駕護航。伴隨著我國城市化進程加快和人口不斷增多,交通擁堵問題會陸續(xù)在一些中大城市出現(xiàn),交通需求管理是建設(shè)資源節(jié)約型、環(huán)境友好型和諧社會的最佳選擇。 本文分析了交通需求管理相關(guān)理論,總結(jié)了國內(nèi)過日常交通需求管理實施的成功經(jīng)驗和大型活動中交通需求管理措施。在深入分析深圳市日常和大運會期間交通供給、需求和需求管理措施后,找出深圳市交通需求管理存在的一系列問題和不足。根據(jù)國內(nèi)外成功經(jīng)驗和相關(guān)理論提出了深圳市交通需求管理戰(zhàn)略。 目前交通需求管理理論和方法尚未成熟,本論文對已有的理論和方法進行整合利用,并針對深圳市城市規(guī)劃和交通特點提出了自己的觀點,為深圳市綜合治理交通問題,實現(xiàn)城市交通的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供理論和實踐依據(jù),具有一定的實際應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the rapid growth of the number of cars, the traditional method of increasing supply by increasing infrastructure construction has been unable to meet the increasing traffic demand. A new way to balance traffic supply demand by managing traffic demand has been put forward by changing the concept of resource-scarce cities abroad. Traffic demand management in Hong Kong and other cities has mature practical experience, and to a large extent alleviate the problem of traffic congestion. Traffic demand management is not a new thing in China, but its research and formulation. Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and other cities in the daily traffic in the use of traffic demand management measures, the Olympic Games, the Asian Games. During the National Games, traffic demand management measures played a great role, for the success of these large-scale activities to hold escort. With the acceleration of urbanization and population growth in China. Traffic congestion will appear in some large and medium-sized cities one after another. Traffic demand management is the best choice to build a resource-saving and environment-friendly harmonious society. This paper analyzes the theory of traffic demand management. This paper summarizes the successful experience of daily traffic demand management in China and the measures of traffic demand management in large-scale activities. After in-depth analysis of traffic supply, demand and demand management measures during the daily and Universiade in Shenzhen. This paper finds out a series of problems and shortcomings of traffic demand management in Shenzhen, and puts forward the strategy of traffic demand management in Shenzhen based on the successful experience and relevant theories at home and abroad. At present, the theories and methods of traffic demand management are not mature. This paper integrates the existing theories and methods, and puts forward its own views on the urban planning and traffic characteristics of Shenzhen. It provides a theoretical and practical basis for the comprehensive management of traffic problems and the sustainable development of urban traffic in Shenzhen, and has certain practical application value.
