【摘要】：正1案例資料1.1簡要案情及現(xiàn)場勘查楊某,男,39歲,獨(dú)居。2013年某日被發(fā)現(xiàn)死于其租房內(nèi)。租房門窗完好,門上卡巴鎖完好,處于鎖閉狀態(tài)。室內(nèi)物品擺放較整齊�，F(xiàn)場地面、墻、雜物等處分布多種形態(tài)血跡。室內(nèi)北側(cè)為一簡易木床,死者呈左側(cè)臥位,頭位于床板下,上半身裹有多條棉被。左手食指套有一剪刀。門口桌子上見1把帶血菜刀。棉被、地面見多處血泊。靠近門口地面上見多處滴落狀血跡和擦拭狀血跡�？拷T口地面雜物上見多處噴濺狀血跡。除死者足跡外無明顯他人足跡�，F(xiàn)場
