【摘要】：正常的人際對(duì)待,常常是以對(duì)待者與被對(duì)待者雙方的理性本質(zhì)存在為基礎(chǔ),他們的對(duì)待是對(duì)等的、相互的。而理性者對(duì)于諸如智障、植物人之類(lèi)的無(wú)理性能力者的對(duì)待,卻因被對(duì)待者失去理性能力而變得不對(duì)等,但這種不對(duì)等并沒(méi)有使被對(duì)待者失去被合理對(duì)待的"權(quán)利",原因就在于人們不是根據(jù)理性原則而是根據(jù)情感原則——具體來(lái)講是愛(ài)的原則——來(lái)對(duì)待無(wú)理性能力者,愛(ài)的原則時(shí)常無(wú)視被對(duì)待者的具體條件規(guī)定而對(duì)其合理對(duì)待,它因而具有對(duì)待對(duì)象的更加廣泛的適用性。
[Abstract]:Normal interpersonal treatment is often based on the rational nature of both the treated and the treated, and their treatment is equal and mutual. And rational people treat irrational people, such as mentally retarded, vegetative people, and become unequal because the treated people lose their rational ability, But this inequality does not deprive the treated of the "right" to be treated reasonably, because people treat the irrational person not on the basis of the principle of reason but on the principle of emotion specifically the principle of love. The principle of love often ignores the specific conditions of the treated and treats them reasonably, thus it has wider applicability to the object.
