【摘要】：相比較科學(xué)理論而言,道德理論的檢驗(yàn)僅僅停留在邏輯檢驗(yàn)之上,缺乏道德實(shí)踐領(lǐng)域合理性的系統(tǒng)檢視。盡管道德事實(shí)與客觀世界的經(jīng)驗(yàn)事實(shí)有所不同,但規(guī)范命題也應(yīng)借由與事實(shí)命題相類似的證明方式來獲得其合法性。道德理論的經(jīng)驗(yàn)檢驗(yàn)并不基于描述性事實(shí)而獲得檢驗(yàn),而是建立在道德體驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上。這一道德體驗(yàn)是理性的、可借助于語言轉(zhuǎn)換為特定情境中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)陳述,同時(shí)具備普遍意義上的有效性。基于道德理論的檢驗(yàn),道德理論最終能夠與我們的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和信念的整體網(wǎng)絡(luò)相一致,并進(jìn)一步為我們未來的生活提供有效的行動(dòng)理由。
[Abstract]:Compared with the scientific theory, the test of moral theory only stays on the logical test, and lacks the systematic examination of rationality in the field of moral practice. Although the moral fact is different from the empirical fact in the objective world, the normative proposition should also obtain its legitimacy by means of proof similar to that of the factual proposition. The empirical test of moral theory is not based on descriptive facts, but on the basis of moral experience. This moral experience is rational and can be translated into empirical statements in specific situations by language, and has universal validity. Based on the test of moral theory, moral theory can finally be consistent with the whole network of our experiences and beliefs, and further provide effective reasons for our future life.
