【摘要】：可以把對每個(gè)人都有利和有效的那種善稱為普遍價(jià)值和可普遍化的道德法則,康德則明確地把"人是目的而不僅僅是手段"證明為可普遍化的道德法則�？善毡榛牡赖路▌t作為人之"是其所是"的價(jià)值邏輯,也許早已潛存于人類心靈深處,但作為可踐行和實(shí)現(xiàn)的法則卻與現(xiàn)代社會密切關(guān)聯(lián)。作為觀念的可普遍化的道德法則要成為具有現(xiàn)實(shí)化的倫理,必須把普遍化的法則轉(zhuǎn)換成經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域中的效率與公平原則、政治領(lǐng)域中的平等和正義原則、公共交往中的尊重與讓予原則,在行動(dòng)主體上具體化個(gè)體的道德義務(wù)和組織的道德責(zé)任。而只有在現(xiàn)代市場社會的場域下,構(gòu)建與之相應(yīng)的現(xiàn)代精神體系,建構(gòu)和踐行可普遍化的道德法則才具有了條件和環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:The good that is beneficial and effective to everyone can be called a universal value and a universal moral law, while Kant clearly proves that "man is an end rather than a means" as a universal moral law. The value logic of the universal moral law as "what it is" may have existed in the depths of the human soul, but it is closely related to the modern society as the law that can be practiced and realized. In order to become a realistic ethics, the universal moral law of ideas must be translated into the principles of efficiency and fairness in the economic field, equality and justice in the political field. The principle of respecting and giving in public communication embodies the moral obligation of individual and the moral responsibility of organization. Only in the field of modern market society, the construction of the corresponding modern spiritual system, the construction and practice of universal moral law has the conditions and environment.
