【摘要】：培育公共精神、凝練核心價(jià)值已構(gòu)成當(dāng)前中國(guó)社會(huì)發(fā)展的最大共識(shí),相應(yīng)的倫理訴求多趨向于制度、秩序或規(guī)范重建,而制度、秩序與規(guī)范的有效性必須以執(zhí)行者的道德正義為前提,"人—制度"的邏輯悖論又極易催生倫理正義訴求的價(jià)值陷阱。難題破解必須訴求于倫理生活中自由而自覺(jué)的道德主體,先進(jìn)的中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人與知識(shí)分子群體因知行合一的獨(dú)特氣質(zhì)構(gòu)成當(dāng)前中國(guó)社會(huì)正義生成的倫理引擎,成為人民大眾主體意識(shí)覺(jué)醒的"起搏器"。其發(fā)生與發(fā)展依賴(lài)倫理生活中的兩種力量:一是以公共事件為契機(jī)的公共精神教育;二是政府主導(dǎo)的倫理正義體系。其中,先進(jìn)群體是前提,公共事件是媒介,政府主導(dǎo)的價(jià)值體系是保證。
[Abstract]:Cultivating public spirit and condensing core values have formed the greatest consensus of the current social development in China, and the corresponding ethical demands tend to be toward the system, order or standard reconstruction, and the institution, The validity of order and norm must be based on the moral justice of the executor, and the logical paradox of "human-system" can easily give birth to the value trap of ethical justice. In order to solve the problem, we must demand the free and conscious moral subject in the ethical life. The advanced Chinese Communists and intellectuals form the ethical engine of the generation of social justice in China because of the unique temperament of the unity of knowledge and action. Become the people's consciousness of the subject awakening of the "pacemaker". Its occurrence and development depend on two kinds of forces in ethical life: one is the public spiritual education which takes the public event as the turning point; the other is the government-led ethical justice system. Among them, the advanced group is the premise, the public event is the medium, and the government-led value system is the guarantee.
