“復(fù)合平等”還是“復(fù)合不平等”——對沃爾澤多元主義分配正義論的追問

【摘要】:邁克爾·沃爾澤以多元主義分配正義論及其"復(fù)合平等"而聞名于世。他主張根據(jù)由不同社群的"文化語境"即"共享理解"所決定的"善的社會意義"來分配不同領(lǐng)域的善,從而讓各個領(lǐng)域的"不平等"疊加在一起進(jìn)而形成"復(fù)合平等"。通過將沃爾澤多元主義分配正義論及其平等主張分別與馬克思、羅爾斯、諾齊克的分配正義論及其平等主張進(jìn)行比較,可以得知,沃爾澤在"平等"問題上與馬克思是漸行漸遠(yuǎn)的;與羅爾斯是形似神異的;與諾齊克是殊途同歸的,即沃爾澤多元主義分配正義論所推崇和追求的"復(fù)合平等"最終走進(jìn)了諾齊克的"不平等"軌道。沃爾澤多元主義分配正義論的"復(fù)合平等"實(shí)質(zhì)上是"復(fù)合不平等"。
[Abstract]:Michael Walzer is famous for his pluralistic distributive justice theory and his compound equality. He advocated the distribution of good in different fields according to the "cultural context" of different communities, that is, the social meaning of "good" determined by "shared understanding", so that the "inequality" in various fields could be superimposed to form "composite equality". By comparing Walzer's pluralistic distributive justice theory and its equality proposition with Marx, Rawls and Nozick's distributional justice theory and their equal claims, we can know that Walzer was far away from Marx on the question of equality; unlike Rawls in the form of God; and Nozick in the same way. That is, the "compound equality" advocated and pursued by Walzer's pluralistic distributive justice theory finally walked into Nozick's "inequality" track. Walzer's pluralistic distributive justice theory of "compound equality" is essentially "compound inequality".
