【摘要】："敬"作為一種道德,出現(xiàn)于西周初年,其最初意義主要是指一種臨事態(tài)度,即"敬事"。"敬事"表現(xiàn)為兩大層面的意義:畏—懼—警的道德心理意識和慎—肅—勤的道德行為表現(xiàn)。當代敬業(yè)精神在繼承和弘揚其基本理念的基礎上,還需結合時代特征,在責任、創(chuàng)新、趣味和樂群等方面予以豐富和發(fā)展:凸顯責任的屬人性與社會性;辯證分析以勞動強度和勞動時間長度為主體的敬業(yè)評價尺度,強調創(chuàng)新是人之主體性和創(chuàng)造性特征的集中體現(xiàn);主張趣味是敬業(yè)精神的真正底色;明確樂群這一傳統(tǒng)理念與團隊精神在內涵上的相合處。
[Abstract]:"respect" as a kind of morality, appeared in the early Western Zhou Dynasty, its initial meaning mainly refers to a kind of temporary attitude. That is, "respecting things". "respecting things" shows two levels of significance: the moral psychological consciousness of fear, fear and police and the moral behavior of discreet and discreet.
