【摘要】：教師是教育事業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),良好的教學(xué)效果離不開高素質(zhì)的師資隊(duì)伍。深入挖掘福州優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化和本地紅色文化資源,打造具有福州特色黨性教育實(shí)踐基地,必須高度重視師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)。在師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)問題上,要"精準(zhǔn)"挑選教師,做到適崗適配;要廣開門路選教師,整合人才資源;要大力組織開展有針對(duì)性的調(diào)研培訓(xùn),提高培訓(xùn)者素質(zhì);要加強(qiáng)制度創(chuàng)新,建立黨性教育基地教學(xué)考核激勵(lì)機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Teachers are the basis of the development of education, and the good teaching effect can not be separated from the high-quality teaching staff. In order to excavate Fuzhou excellent traditional culture and local red cultural resources and build a practical base of party spirit education with Fuzhou characteristics, we must attach great importance to the construction of teaching staff. In the construction of teaching staff, it is necessary to "accurately" select teachers to adapt to posts; to open the door to select teachers and integrate human resources; to vigorously organize and carry out targeted research and training to improve the quality of trainers; to strengthen institutional innovation and establish an incentive mechanism for teaching assessment in party spirit education bases.
