【摘要】：高校服務(wù)型黨組織是以服務(wù)作為基本價(jià)值取向和功能定位的黨組織,服務(wù)師生成長(zhǎng)發(fā)展、服務(wù)學(xué)校改革發(fā)展和服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展是其建設(shè)的主體維度。高校服務(wù)型黨組織的建設(shè),重點(diǎn)在樹立以服務(wù)為核心的工作理念、創(chuàng)新以服務(wù)為宗旨的方式方法、完善以服務(wù)為導(dǎo)向的制度設(shè)計(jì)、強(qiáng)化以服務(wù)為內(nèi)涵的考核評(píng)價(jià)四個(gè)方面。
[Abstract]:The service-oriented party organization in colleges and universities is a party organization with service as the basic value orientation and function orientation. Serving the growth and development of teachers and students, serving the reform and development of schools and serving the development of economy and society are the main dimensions of its construction. The construction of service-oriented party organization in colleges and universities focuses on four aspects: setting up the working concept with service as the core, innovating the way and method with service as the purpose, perfecting the service-oriented system design, and strengthening the assessment and evaluation with service as the connotation.
