【摘要】：村干部是黨在農(nóng)村各項(xiàng)方針政策的具體貫徹者和實(shí)施者,是黨和政府的"末稍神經(jīng)",這一群體是否廉潔,直接關(guān)系到農(nóng)村能否真正實(shí)現(xiàn)政治民主、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)穩(wěn)定。全面從嚴(yán)治黨向基層延伸的背景下,研究和探討村干部的廉潔問(wèn)題,對(duì)于密切黨群干群關(guān)系,保障和促進(jìn)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定和發(fā)展有著十分重要意義。厚植的傳統(tǒng)文化根基、黨紀(jì)黨規(guī)的硬性要求、黨在農(nóng)村執(zhí)政基礎(chǔ)的鞏固和加強(qiáng),使得探析防治村干部不廉潔行為的有效路徑迫在眉睫。
[Abstract]:Village cadres are the specific implementers and implementers of the party's principles and policies in rural areas, and are the "last nerve" of the party and the government. Whether this group is clean or not is directly related to the real realization of political democracy, economic development and social stability in rural areas. Under the background of strictly administering the party to the grass-roots level, it is of great significance to study and discuss the integrity of village cadres in order to strengthen the relationship between the party and the masses, and to ensure and promote the stability and development of the rural economy and society. The traditional cultural foundation of thick planting, the rigid requirements of party discipline and party rules, and the consolidation and strengthening of the party's ruling foundation in rural areas make it urgent to explore the effective way to prevent and control the unclean behavior of village cadres.
