【摘要】：正黨政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部職務(wù)任期制,是指對(duì)黨政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的任職期限和在規(guī)定任期內(nèi)對(duì)履行職責(zé)進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格界定的一種制度。其內(nèi)涵包括擔(dān)任職務(wù)的任期、履行的職責(zé)、任期屆滿(mǎn)、連任及解除職務(wù)等一系列相關(guān)規(guī)定,其外延又與干部選舉選拔招考制度、任用聘用罷免制度、監(jiān)督考核評(píng)價(jià)制度、調(diào)配交流輪換制度、獎(jiǎng)懲激勵(lì)制度等緊密聯(lián)系。實(shí)行黨政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部職務(wù)任期制是我國(guó)干部人事制度改革這一系統(tǒng)工程的重要組成
[Abstract]:The tenure system of leading cadres in the party and government refers to a system that strictly defines the term of office of the leading cadres of the party and government and strictly defines the performance of their duties within the prescribed term of office. Its connotation includes a series of relevant provisions, such as the term of office, the duties performed, the expiration of the term of office, the re-election and removal of posts, and its extension is closely related to the system of selection and examination of cadres, the system of appointment and removal, the system of supervision and evaluation, the system of exchange and rotation, the system of reward and punishment, and so on. The implementation of the tenure system of party and government leading cadres is an important part of the systematic project of the reform of cadre personnel system in our country.
