【摘要】：正習(xí)近平總書記強(qiáng)調(diào)指出,黨員干部特別是各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部要嚴(yán)以修身、嚴(yán)以用權(quán)、嚴(yán)以律己,謀事要實(shí)、創(chuàng)業(yè)要實(shí)、做人要實(shí)。"三嚴(yán)三實(shí)"闡明了黨員干部的修身之本、為政之道、成事之要,豐富了管黨治黨的思想理念,為做好新形勢(shì)下的干部工作提供了重要遵循。組織部門作為黨委管干部的重要職能部門,要在踐行"三嚴(yán)三實(shí)"要求上作表率,把"嚴(yán)"和"實(shí)"貫穿到干部管理監(jiān)督的全過程、各方面,著力培養(yǎng)選拔黨和人民需要的好干部。
[Abstract]:General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that party members and cadres, especially leading cadres at all levels, should strictly cultivate themselves, strictly use their power, strictly discipline themselves, plan things, start businesses, and be real. The "three strict and three truths" clarify the foundation of Party members and cadres' self-cultivation, the way of government, and the need to accomplish things, enrich the ideological concept of managing the party and run the party, and provide an important follow for doing a good job in the work of cadres under the new situation. As an important functional department of the party committee in charge of cadres, organizational departments should set an example in carrying out the requirements of "three strict and three solid", run "strict" and "real" through the whole process of cadre management and supervision, and focus on training and selecting good cadres needed by the party and the people in all aspects.
