【摘要】：紀檢效能監(jiān)察工作,是監(jiān)督勤政的具體方式,是紀檢監(jiān)察機關(guān)進行行政監(jiān)察和紀律檢查的重要措施。企業(yè)進行紀檢效能監(jiān)察工作,是企業(yè)針對自身經(jīng)營管理過程中出現(xiàn)的效益、效率和效果問題進行監(jiān)察,是對企業(yè)監(jiān)督和管理工作進行再次的監(jiān)督和管理。從企業(yè)紀檢效能監(jiān)察工作機制建立的主要影響因素入手,提出一些建立健全企業(yè)紀檢效能監(jiān)察工作機制的策略。
[Abstract]:The discipline inspection efficiency supervision is the concrete way of supervising the administration and the important measure for the discipline inspection and supervision organ to carry on the administrative supervision and the discipline inspection. The enterprise carries on the discipline inspection efficiency supervision work, is the enterprise according to own management process appears the benefit, the efficiency and the effect question carries on the supervision and the management work again to the enterprise supervision and management. Starting from the main influencing factors of the establishment of the mechanism of discipline inspection efficiency supervision in enterprises, the paper puts forward some strategies for establishing and perfecting the work mechanism of enterprise discipline inspection efficiency supervision.
