【摘要】：正當(dāng)前,隨著全國上下反腐行動(dòng)的深入開展、網(wǎng)絡(luò)和新媒體的迅猛發(fā)展、社會公眾監(jiān)督意識和權(quán)利意識的日益增強(qiáng),干部群體被高度關(guān)注,工作和生活中稍有不慎,就可能被群眾舉報(bào)、被媒體曝光、被網(wǎng)絡(luò)炒作、被上級問責(zé),輕者受到紀(jì)律處分,重者丟官罷職甚至鋃鐺入獄,面臨巨大的"安全"壓力。干部收入越來越透明化,灰色收入大幅減少,福利待遇在某些地方、某些領(lǐng)域尤其是基層比較低,面臨巨大的經(jīng)
[Abstract]:At present, with the thorough development of anti-corruption activities throughout the country, the rapid development of the network and new media, the increasing awareness of public supervision and rights, the cadre groups are highly concerned, and there is a slight carelessness in work and life. They may be reported by the masses, exposed by the media, hyped on the Internet, held accountable by their superiors, disciplined against those who are light, those who lose their official posts or even imprisoned, and face enormous pressure of "safety". Cadres' income has become more and more transparent, grey income has been greatly reduced, welfare benefits have been relatively low in some areas, especially at the grass-roots level, and they are facing enormous economic problems.
