【摘要】：容錯是黨組織為黨員干部個體的行為擔責,可容之錯有著嚴格的范圍界定,具體包括程序及規(guī)范類錯誤、創(chuàng)新及探索類錯誤、搶抓機遇及應(yīng)對突發(fā)事件類錯誤等情形。容錯不是放任錯誤,必有糾錯相對應(yīng)。依據(jù)致錯原因分類糾錯,是增強黨組織戰(zhàn)斗力的重要途徑。
[Abstract]:Fault-tolerance is the responsibility of the Party organization for the individual behavior of the Party members and cadres, and the tolerance of errors is defined strictly, including the errors of procedure and norm, innovation and exploration, seizing the opportunity and dealing with the mistakes of unexpected events and so on. Fault tolerance is not laissez-faire, there must be error correction corresponding. Classification and correction according to the causes of errors is an important way to strengthen the combat effectiveness of Party organizations.
