【摘要】：中國政治中的負(fù)面效應(yīng)主要存在于官員之間,下級官員在從事行政行為時,上級官員在對該官員正反兩方面的信息評估中,負(fù)面性方面占據(jù)了很大權(quán)重。高壓反腐和網(wǎng)絡(luò)的興起,使官員的負(fù)面效應(yīng)的曝光率大大增加。要營造健康的政治生態(tài)需要破除負(fù)面效應(yīng),建立合理的官員評估體制,改變極端的思維方式,明確規(guī)定官員的各種約束,并且正確對待網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論。
[Abstract]:The negative effects in Chinese politics mainly exist among officials. When the lower officials are engaged in administrative behavior, the superior officials occupy a great deal of weight in the evaluation of the information of the officials in both positive and negative aspects. High-pressure anti-corruption and the rise of the network, so that officials of the negative effects of exposure. In order to create a healthy political ecology, we should break down the negative effects, establish a reasonable evaluation system for officials, change the extreme mode of thinking, clearly stipulate all kinds of constraints for officials, and treat public opinion on the Internet correctly.
