【摘要】：任弼時(shí)認(rèn)為,"按實(shí)際情形而運(yùn)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)與理論"是"布爾什維克化的真精神"的重要內(nèi)容,也是青年團(tuán)應(yīng)該遵循的原則。他不盲從于蘇聯(lián)經(jīng)驗(yàn)與理論,而是堅(jiān)持獨(dú)立思考,按照實(shí)際情形有選擇性地運(yùn)用蘇聯(lián)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)青年團(tuán)工作中,他堅(jiān)持在實(shí)際調(diào)研中找準(zhǔn)問(wèn)題,結(jié)合青年國(guó)際建議,健全青年團(tuán)組織;在實(shí)際宣傳中改進(jìn)方法,深入淺出講理論,恰當(dāng)引導(dǎo)群眾;在實(shí)際斗爭(zhēng)中完善策略,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)青年實(shí)踐理論,發(fā)展壯大團(tuán)的力量。面對(duì)"左"和右的錯(cuò)誤思想干擾,任弼時(shí)總能及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)并參與糾正錯(cuò)誤。其原因在于他始終堅(jiān)持按照實(shí)際運(yùn)用理論,對(duì)革命形勢(shì)和中國(guó)革命所面臨的問(wèn)題作出了正確的分析判斷。任弼時(shí)堅(jiān)持按照實(shí)際情形而運(yùn)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)與理論,使他在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)青年團(tuán)的工作中發(fā)揮了重要作用,展現(xiàn)了出色的組織才華。
[Abstract]:Ren Bishi believes that "applying experience and theory according to the actual situation" is the important content of "the true spirit of Bolshevik" and the principle that the Youth League should follow. He did not blindly follow the Soviet experience and theory, but insisted on independent thinking, according to the actual situation of selective use of Soviet experience. In leading the work of the Youth League, he insisted on finding the right problems in the actual investigation and research, and improving the organization of the Youth League in combination with the international suggestions of the youth, improving the methods in actual propaganda, explaining the theory in a deep and simple way, and properly guiding the masses; Improve strategies in the actual struggle, lead the youth practice theory, and develop the strength of the League. In the face of "left" and right-right erroneous ideas, Ren Bishi can always timely find and participate in the correction of errors. The reason is that he has made correct analysis and judgment on the revolutionary situation and the problems faced by the Chinese revolution according to the theory of practical application.
