【摘要】：高校肩負(fù)著學(xué)習(xí)研究宣傳馬克思主義、培養(yǎng)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)建設(shè)者和接班人的重大任務(wù)。高校黨建工作作為黨的建設(shè)偉大工程的重要組成部分,直接關(guān)系到國(guó)家發(fā)展和民族未來(lái),關(guān)系到培養(yǎng)合格建設(shè)者和可靠接班人的任務(wù),關(guān)系到黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)的成效。在當(dāng)前社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型的新形勢(shì)下,社會(huì)思潮呈現(xiàn)多元化特點(diǎn),高校也不可避免地受到一些社會(huì)思潮的負(fù)面影響,導(dǎo)致高校黨建工作中出現(xiàn)了一些新問題。馬克思主義黨建理論經(jīng)過理論和實(shí)踐的驗(yàn)證,具有理論的科學(xué)性與實(shí)踐的指導(dǎo)性。因此,以馬克思主義黨建理論為基礎(chǔ),分析當(dāng)前高校黨建工作的現(xiàn)狀、存在的主要問題及原因,對(duì)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)高校黨建工作具有重要的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以馬克思主義黨建理論為基礎(chǔ),分析了當(dāng)前高校黨建工作在思想理論建設(shè)、基層組織建設(shè)、黨委領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下的校長(zhǎng)負(fù)責(zé)制、黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部作風(fēng)建設(shè)方面所取得的成效和存在的主要問題,指出高校黨建工作要堅(jiān)持以馬克思主義為指導(dǎo),并有針對(duì)性地提出了一些推進(jìn)高校黨建工作的路徑:第一,增強(qiáng)黨員黨性修養(yǎng);第二,優(yōu)化基層黨組織建設(shè);第三,完善黨委領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下的校長(zhǎng)負(fù)責(zé)制;第四,深化反腐倡廉建設(shè);第五,加強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部作風(fēng)建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities shoulder the great task of studying and propagating Marxism and cultivating constructors and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics. As an important part of the great project of party building, the work of party building in colleges and universities is directly related to the development of the country and the future of the nation, to the task of training qualified builders and reliable successors, and to the effectiveness of the construction of a clean and honest party. Under the new situation of social transformation, the trend of social thought is diversified, and colleges and universities are inevitably influenced by some social trends of thought, which leads to some new problems in the work of party building in colleges and universities. Marxist theory of party building is verified by theory and practice, which is scientific in theory and instructive in practice. Therefore, on the basis of the Marxist theory of party building, it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to analyze the present situation, main problems and reasons of the Party building work in colleges and universities for further strengthening and improving the work of party building in colleges and universities. Based on the Marxist theory of party building, this paper analyzes the principal responsibility system under the leadership of the Party Committee under the leadership of ideological and theoretical construction, grass-roots organization construction, and party building work in colleges and universities. The achievements and main problems in the construction of a clean and honest party style and the style of work of leading cadres are pointed out, and it is pointed out that the work of party building in colleges and universities should be guided by Marxism. And pointed out some ways to promote the work of party building in colleges and universities: first, to enhance the Party spirit of party members; Second, optimize the building of grass-roots party organizations; third, improve the system of principal responsibility under the leadership of party committees; fourth, deepen the building of anti-corruption and clean government; and fifthly, strengthen the work style of leading cadres.
