【摘要】：正近些年來,在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的同時,各地民生發(fā)展越發(fā)不平衡。那么,政府對民生領(lǐng)域的投入除了跟當?shù)刎斄ο嚓P(guān)以外,是否還跟地方官員的個人特征有關(guān)呢?在此基礎(chǔ)上我們搜集了2003—2009年間中國272個地級市的市委書記數(shù)據(jù),在控制財政分權(quán)、財政壓力、經(jīng)濟建設(shè)變量的基礎(chǔ)上研究市委書記個人特征對于民生投入的影響。近年來,中央提出了推行干部任期制的要求,各地進行了不少有益的探索。但事實上,
[Abstract]:In recent years, at the same time of economic development, the development of local people's livelihood is increasingly uneven. So, is the government's investment in people's livelihood related to the local financial resources, but also related to the personal characteristics of local officials? On the basis of this, we collect the data of municipal party secretaries of 272 prefectural cities in China from 2003 to 2009, and study the influence of the personal characteristics of party secretaries on people's livelihood on the basis of controlling fiscal decentralization, financial pressure and economic construction variables.
