【摘要】：軍校政治教員既是科學(xué)文化知識(shí)的傳播者,又是引導(dǎo)學(xué)員健康成長(zhǎng)的靈魂工程師,這支隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的質(zhì)量水平,直接關(guān)系到培養(yǎng)的強(qiáng)軍興軍人才政治素質(zhì)是否過硬,關(guān)系到院校發(fā)展能否保持正確方向,關(guān)系到能否確保黨從思想上政治上建設(shè)和掌握軍隊(duì)。習(xí)近平主席在全軍政治工作會(huì)議上指出,要弘揚(yáng)我軍政治工作的光榮傳統(tǒng)和優(yōu)良作風(fēng)。以抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期我軍院校政治教員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)為切入點(diǎn),可以很好發(fā)掘該時(shí)期的傳統(tǒng)與經(jīng)驗(yàn),為新形勢(shì)下加強(qiáng)改進(jìn)軍校思想政治工作提供啟示與借鑒。
[Abstract]:Political instructors in military academies are not only the disseminators of scientific and cultural knowledge, but also the soul engineers who guide the students to grow up healthily. The quality level of the construction of this contingent is directly related to whether the political qualities of the strong troops and the military personnel are excellent or not. It is related to whether the development of colleges and universities can keep the right direction and whether the Party can build and master the army ideologically and politically. President Xi Jinping pointed out at the military political work Conference that we should carry forward the glorious tradition and fine work style of our army's political work. Taking the construction of political teachers in our military academies during the War of Resistance against Japan as the breakthrough point, we can explore the tradition and experience of this period and provide enlightenment and reference for strengthening the ideological and political work of military academies in the new situation.
