《人民日報》“一五”計劃宣傳研究

【摘要】：1953至1957年隨著第一個五年計劃在中國大規(guī)模的開始建設(shè),我國逐漸由落后、保守的農(nóng)業(yè)大國踏上了現(xiàn)代化的征程。《人民日報》作為當(dāng)時中國最大的黨報,關(guān)于中國第一個五年計劃的新聞報道,囊括內(nèi)容廣泛且豐富,對于我們從另一個角度來了解“一五”計劃建設(shè)時期廣大職工為何不被美國等外界輿論所左右,積極響應(yīng)國家號召,團結(jié)一致進(jìn)行建設(shè),以及了解黨政中心工作的宣傳方式和宣傳平臺有一定幫助。本文選取了1953-1957年《人民日報》報紙關(guān)于“一五”計劃實施的1800多篇新聞報道。采用統(tǒng)計分析的方法,并借鑒新聞學(xué)的相關(guān)成果,對相關(guān)內(nèi)容加以探究,分析了《人民日報》視角下的“一五”計劃宣傳,以此來探討這個黨政方針的宣傳平臺和大眾輿論引導(dǎo)之間的橋梁、責(zé)任的復(fù)雜關(guān)系。首先對于這一時段關(guān)于“一五”計劃的報道進(jìn)行定量分析,對于相關(guān)報道的篇幅總量進(jìn)行不完全地統(tǒng)計,以報道的必然性和實施的必要性作背景分析。接著對《人民日報》關(guān)注的理論性宣傳進(jìn)行梳理,宣傳的內(nèi)容重點圍繞如何讓國家富強,人民富裕,提高國際地位等報道上,從具體事例上升到理論層面。最后,在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)并進(jìn)一步剖析出《人民日報》對“一五”計劃的宣傳對之前和今后有何作用和經(jīng)驗歸納的探討,計劃對當(dāng)時的影響頗大,在統(tǒng)一了人民思想的基礎(chǔ)上,民眾信心滿滿,強烈的生產(chǎn)熱忱也被激發(fā),同時也為當(dāng)今社會留下不可多得的宣傳經(jīng)驗。縱觀《人民日報》關(guān)于“一五”計劃的宣傳報道,報紙充分發(fā)揮其輿論導(dǎo)向作用,利用其特定的報道方式,積極引領(lǐng)職工參與建設(shè),取得了“一五”計劃建設(shè)的成功,并為我國“二五”計劃至現(xiàn)在的“十三五”規(guī)劃的宣傳建設(shè)提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:With the large-scale construction of the first five-year plan in China from 1953 to 1957, China gradually embarked on the journey of modernization from a backward, conservative agricultural country. [People's Daily] was China's largest party newspaper at that time. News reports on China's first five-year plan cover a wide range of contents. From another perspective, we can understand why the vast number of workers and staff in the construction period of the first Five-Year Plan were not influenced by outside public opinion such as the United States. It is helpful to respond positively to the call of the state, to unite for the construction, and to understand the propaganda methods and the propaganda platform of the work of the Party and government center. This paper selects more than 1800 news reports about the implementation of the first five-year Plan in People's Daily from 1953 to 1957. By using the method of statistical analysis and referring to the relevant achievements of journalism, this paper probes into the relevant contents, and analyzes the propaganda of the "first five year Plan" from the perspective of "People's Daily". This paper discusses the complex relationship between the propaganda platform of the Party and government policy and the guidance of public opinion. First of all, quantitative analysis is carried out on the report of the "first five year Plan" in this period, and the total volume of relevant reports is not completely counted, and the background analysis is based on the necessity of the report and the necessity of its implementation. Then, the theoretical propaganda concerned by People's Daily is combed. The content of propaganda focuses on how to make the country rich and strong, the people rich, the improvement of international status, and so on, from the concrete examples to the theoretical level. Finally, on this basis, we summarize and further analyze the discussion on how the propaganda of the "first Five-Year Plan" by "People's Daily" has played an important role and experience in the past and in the future. The plan had a considerable impact on that time, and on the basis of unifying the people's thinking, Public confidence, strong enthusiasm for production has been inspired, but also for today's society to leave a rare experience of propaganda. Throughout the propaganda and coverage of the "first Five-Year Plan" by People's Daily, the newspaper has given full play to its guiding role in public opinion, used its specific reporting methods, actively led the workers to participate in the construction, and achieved the success of the construction of the "first five year Plan". It also provides some references for the propaganda and construction of the second five-year plan to the present.
