【摘要】：黨對(duì)軍隊(duì)的絕對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo),是人民軍隊(duì)創(chuàng)建和發(fā)展的根本原則。在這一根本原則的提出和確立過程中,毛澤東作出了重要的歷史貢獻(xiàn)。早在大革命時(shí)期,毛澤東就認(rèn)識(shí)到,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)問題不在人數(shù)多少,而在是否具有絕對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位和實(shí)際上的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。大革命失敗后,毛澤東等人在創(chuàng)建人民軍隊(duì)過程中,首先就確定了共產(chǎn)黨的絕對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位,明確把共產(chǎn)黨的絕對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作為人民軍隊(duì)的最本質(zhì)屬性。黨對(duì)軍隊(duì)的絕對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)這一原則的確立,經(jīng)歷了嚴(yán)酷戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的洗禮,以及是"司令部對(duì)外"還是"黨組織對(duì)外"、是"個(gè)人領(lǐng)導(dǎo)"還是"黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)"等不同指導(dǎo)思想上的反復(fù)較量,通過實(shí)踐的長(zhǎng)期檢驗(yàn)和反復(fù)教育才逐步確立下來。古田會(huì)議明確提出并確定了黨對(duì)軍隊(duì)的絕對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)原則,對(duì)這一原則在人民軍隊(duì)巾的逐步確立起了奠基作用。在其后的重大歷史關(guān)節(jié)點(diǎn)上,毛澤東始終強(qiáng)調(diào)黨對(duì)軍隊(duì)的絕對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo),不斷重申"我們的原則是黨指揮槍,而決不容許槍指揮黨",提出"領(lǐng)導(dǎo)我們事業(yè)的核心力量是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨","軍委是在黨中央的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)之下進(jìn)行工作"等重要論斷。黨對(duì)軍隊(duì)的絕對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo),是人民軍隊(duì)的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)、根本原則、立軍之本和建軍之魂。
