【摘要】：正9月7日上午,省委黨校舉行2015年秋季開學(xué)典禮,省委副書記、省委黨校校長龔正出席并就"嚴(yán)以用權(quán)"作了專題報(bào)告,要求領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部要牢固樹立正確的權(quán)力觀,正確行使手中的權(quán)力,做到用權(quán)有為、敢于擔(dān)當(dāng)。龔正指出,嚴(yán)以用權(quán),首先必須正確對(duì)待手中的權(quán)力,時(shí)刻清醒權(quán)力是人民賦予的。要正確處理個(gè)人與群眾、與組織的關(guān)系,著力解決好"為了誰、依靠誰、我是誰"的問題;深刻認(rèn)識(shí)權(quán)力是一把"雙刃劍";真正明晰個(gè)人能力不是手中權(quán)力決定的,要不懈努力,補(bǔ)齊短板,打好用權(quán)的基礎(chǔ)。龔正強(qiáng)調(diào),嚴(yán)以用權(quán),最重要的是按照"三嚴(yán)三實(shí)"要
[Abstract]:On the morning of 7 September, the party school of the provincial party committee held a ceremony for the opening of the school in the autumn of 2015. Gong Zheng, deputy secretary of the provincial party committee and president of the party school of the provincial party committee, attended and gave a special report on "exercising power strictly," demanding that leading cadres firmly establish a correct view of power. The correct exercise of the power in the hands of the use of power has done, dare to bear. Gong Zheng pointed out that strict use of power, first of all, must correctly deal with the power in hand, always sober power is given by the people. We must correctly handle the relationship between the individual and the masses, and the organization, and work hard to solve the problem of "who for whom, who I rely on, who I am"; a profound understanding of power is a "double-edged sword"; and it is really clear that personal abilities are not decided by power in the hand. Unremitting efforts should be made to fill up the shortcomings of the board and lay a good foundation for the use of power. Gong Zheng stressed that the most important thing for strict use of power is to follow the principle of "three strict and three solid"
