【摘要】：民本思想是中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的政治思想。重視民眾的力量和作用是民本思想的核心理念,保民富民安民恤民以及廉儉和懲治腐敗是"民惟邦本,本固邦寧"所衍生的思想內(nèi)涵。土地革命戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期,中央蘇區(qū)黨和政府為了遏制和清除腐敗,充分發(fā)動(dòng)群眾,組織群眾,采取群眾運(yùn)動(dòng)的方式反腐敗,吸取了民本思想的精華,同時(shí)剔除其糟粕;變革民本思想維護(hù)剝削階級(jí)利益的本質(zhì),確立人民利益至上的反腐敗價(jià)值追求;否定民本思想君為民之主、權(quán)在民之外的觀念,體現(xiàn)群眾監(jiān)督政府的人民民主制原則;擯除民本思想的明君、清官意識(shí),堅(jiān)信群眾是清除腐敗的根本力量:從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了民本思想的超越和創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:People-oriented thought is the traditional political thought of China. To attach importance to the strength and function of the people is the core idea of the people-oriented thought. The ideological connotation derived from "the people are based on the rule of the people" is to protect the people, to enrich the people, to be compassionate to the people, to be honest and thrifty and to punish corruption. During the Agrarian Revolutionary War, in order to curb and eliminate corruption, the Central Soviet Party and the government fully mobilized the masses, organized the masses, adopted the mass movement to combat corruption, absorbed the essence of the people-oriented thought, and eliminated its dross at the same time; Reform the essence of exploiting class interests, establish the anti-corruption value pursuit of the people's interests first, deny the idea that the people are the masters of the people and have the right outside the people, and embody the principle of the people's democracy that the masses supervise the government. To eliminate the people-oriented thought of Ming Jun, clean official consciousness, firmly believe that the masses is the fundamental force to eliminate corruption: thus realizing the surpassing and innovation of the people-based thought.
