【摘要】：正"隱身"黨員是指某地的流出黨員未到流入地報到,把組織關(guān)系長期放在"口袋"中,將黨員身份隱藏起來,使流出地、流入地黨組織無法掌握其自然情況的黨員。"隱身"黨員大都患有"政治麻痹癥",平時淹沒于普通群眾之中,關(guān)鍵時候不出來,危難時刻不顯現(xiàn),組織生活不參加,黨費讓人代交或干脆不交。"隱身"黨員現(xiàn)象不僅直接導(dǎo)致我黨血液的流失,更是疏離了黨組織和黨員、群眾的密切融洽關(guān)系,削弱了我黨隊伍的整體形象。
[Abstract]:A "invisible" party member refers to a party member who fails to report to an emigrated place in a certain place, places the organizational relationship in his "pocket" for a long time, hides his identity as a member, and makes it impossible for the local party organization to grasp its natural situation. " "most Party members suffer from 'political paralysis' and are usually submerged among the ordinary people. They do not come out at critical times, the crisis does not show up at any time, organizations do not participate in life, and party fees are paid on behalf of others or not at all." The phenomenon of "invisible" Party members not only leads to the loss of our party's blood, but also alienates the Party organization and the Party members, the close and harmonious relationship among the masses, and weakens the overall image of our party team.
