【摘要】：正社會(huì)心態(tài)的建設(shè)必須抓住領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部這個(gè)"關(guān)鍵少數(shù)",良好的干部心態(tài)必將為整體社會(huì)心態(tài)的引導(dǎo)樹立良好的風(fēng)向標(biāo)。為深入了解當(dāng)前處級(jí)干部的心理狀況,我們對(duì)Z省的236名處級(jí)干部進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,了解其心理狀態(tài)基本情況,并從中梳理出一些值得重視的重要隱性問(wèn)題。一、有效調(diào)查對(duì)象的基本情況及心理狀況總體分析(一)有效調(diào)查對(duì)象的基本情況性別情況:男性165名(占比69.9%),女性71名(占比30.1%)。年齡結(jié)構(gòu):31—40歲共68人(占比28.8%),
[Abstract]:The construction of positive social mentality must grasp the "key minority" of leading cadres, and a good cadre mentality will set up a good weather vane for the guidance of the overall social mentality.
