【摘要】：正黨政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子是地方發(fā)展的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)核心,其自身建設(shè)水平對于完成黨的執(zhí)政任務(wù)、人民期待的發(fā)展愿景、歷史賦予的時代使命至關(guān)重要�，F(xiàn)實(shí)中,絕大多數(shù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子堅(jiān)持原則、團(tuán)結(jié)和諧、合作共事,順利地完成了所承擔(dān)的任務(wù)和使命,但也有極少數(shù)班子不團(tuán)結(jié)、難共事,相互較勁、內(nèi)斗成風(fēng)、一無所成。
[Abstract]:The leading group of the Party and government is the leading core of the local development, and the level of its own construction is very important for the completion of the party's ruling task, the development vision expected by the people, and the historical mission of the times. In reality, the vast majority of leading bodies adhere to principles, unite and work in harmony, cooperate and work together, and have successfully completed the tasks and missions they have undertaken, but there are also a very small number of leading groups that are not United, are difficult to work with, compete with each other, and struggle within without success.
