【摘要】：研究生黨員作為大學(xué)生黨員中受教育程度最高的群體,是社會主義建設(shè)事業(yè)的骨干和棟梁,是促進經(jīng)濟建設(shè)和社會進步的生力軍,做好研究生基層黨建工作,培育中國特色社會主義事業(yè)高層次人才,是高校黨組織的崇高使命。文章重點研討建立和實施研究生基層黨組織矩陣結(jié)構(gòu)新模式,以適應(yīng)新形勢、新特點和新要求,創(chuàng)新基層黨建工作,健全基層組織體系,充分發(fā)揮研究生黨支部的戰(zhàn)斗堡壘作用,進而提升高校黨建科學(xué)化水平。
[Abstract]:As the most educated group among college students, graduate party members are the backbone and pillars of socialist construction, the fresh force to promote economic construction and social progress, and do a good job in party building at the grass-roots level of graduate students. Cultivating high-level talents of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the lofty mission of the Party organization in colleges and universities. The article focuses on the establishment and implementation of a new model of the matrix structure of the postgraduates' grass-roots party organizations in order to adapt to the new situation, new characteristics and new requirements, innovate the work of the grass-roots party building, and improve the grass-roots organization system. Give full play to the fighting fortress role of the party branch of graduate students, and then promote the scientific level of party building in colleges and universities.
