【摘要】：解放戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期的土改運(yùn)動(dòng)的實(shí)質(zhì)是在村莊內(nèi)推動(dòng)"高強(qiáng)度內(nèi)斗爭(zhēng)",摧毀阻礙戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)動(dòng)員的傳統(tǒng)共同體和傳統(tǒng)人際關(guān)系,并通過(guò)分配斗爭(zhēng)果實(shí)和制造高強(qiáng)度社會(huì)壓力促使農(nóng)民參軍支前。為了達(dá)到此戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)動(dòng)員目的,階級(jí)斗爭(zhēng)擴(kuò)大化和過(guò)火斗爭(zhēng)等"左"傾現(xiàn)象就顯得不可避免。它們并不是個(gè)別干部造成的個(gè)別錯(cuò)誤,而是革命政權(quán)為實(shí)施戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)動(dòng)員所必須采取的措施。"左"傾現(xiàn)象同時(shí)具有極為嚴(yán)重的負(fù)面作用,必須加以限制。這就構(gòu)成了一個(gè)"二難選擇"。革命政權(quán)在實(shí)踐中形成了一套處理這一難題的原則和方法。
[Abstract]:The essence of the land reform movement during the War of Liberation was to promote a "high-intensity internal struggle" in the villages and to destroy the traditional communities and traditional interpersonal relations that hindered the mobilization of the war. And by distributing the fruits of the struggle and creating high-intensity social pressure to encourage farmers to join the army before. In order to achieve the purpose of war mobilization, the phenomenon of "left" tendency, such as class struggle expansion and over-fire struggle, is inevitable. They are not individual mistakes caused by individual cadres, but measures that must be taken by revolutionary regimes in order to carry out war mobilization. " At the same time, the phenomenon of left-leaning has a very serious negative effect, which must be limited. This constitutes a "difficult choice". The revolutionary regime formed a set of principles and methods to deal with this problem in practice.
