【摘要】:正黨的十八大以來,以習(xí)近平同志為總書記的黨中央把黨要管黨、從嚴(yán)治黨、從嚴(yán)管理干部擺在更加突出位置,推出了一系列管黨治黨的重大舉措,有力地凝聚了黨心民心。但在從嚴(yán)治黨、從嚴(yán)管理干部的新常態(tài)下,干部正向激勵機制還不夠健全、措施還不夠完善,在一定程度上影響了干部干事創(chuàng)業(yè)的熱情。因此,完善從嚴(yán)治吏新常態(tài)下的干部正向激勵機制、充分調(diào)動干部干事創(chuàng)業(yè)的主動性和積極性,顯得十分必要而緊迫。一、當(dāng)前干部正向激勵機制存
