【摘要】：正2013年7月,習近平總書記在西柏坡調研時指出:"這里是立規(guī)矩的地方。黨的規(guī)矩、制度的建立和執(zhí)行,有力推動了黨的作風和紀律建設。"西柏坡時期,正是黨的工作重心由戰(zhàn)爭轉向建設、由農村轉向城市的歷史轉折點。以毛澤東同志為核心的黨的第一代中央領導集體高度重視"制度治黨",為從革命黨轉向執(zhí)政黨奠定了基礎。
[Abstract]:In July 2013, General Secretary Xi Jinping said in a survey in Xibaipo: "this is where the rules are made. The establishment and implementation of the Party's rules and systems have contributed to the building of the Party's style of work and discipline. " During the period of Xibaipo, it was the turning point of the Party's work from war to construction and from countryside to city. The first generation of the central leading collective with Comrade Mao Zedong as the core attached great importance to "administering the Party by system", which laid the foundation for the transition from the revolutionary party to the ruling party.
