【摘要】：執(zhí)政文化研究是一個(gè)新的話題,對(duì)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政文化建設(shè)的研究也是一個(gè)新的課題。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以后,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨明確提出以改革創(chuàng)新的精神加強(qiáng)黨的建設(shè)。執(zhí)政文化不僅是作為黨重要的執(zhí)政資源而成為執(zhí)政理論研究的重要內(nèi)容,更重要的是對(duì)執(zhí)政文化建設(shè)過程中遇到的問題進(jìn)行深入分析,能夠進(jìn)一步提高黨的執(zhí)政科學(xué)化水平,是黨的建設(shè)新的偉大工程的原動(dòng)力和內(nèi)驅(qū)力。因此,對(duì)新時(shí)期執(zhí)政文化建設(shè)的研究具有十分重要的理論與實(shí)踐意義。 本文沿著政治文化研究“闡釋與建構(gòu)”兩種研究方法出發(fā),在對(duì)執(zhí)政文化的概念、構(gòu)成要素和功能進(jìn)行闡釋性論述的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)執(zhí)政文化建設(shè)建構(gòu)性路徑進(jìn)行了探索。對(duì)新時(shí)期中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政文化進(jìn)行歷史梳理、回顧執(zhí)政文化建設(shè)過程中取得的成就,深刻揭示當(dāng)前執(zhí)政文化建設(shè)進(jìn)程中面臨的一些問題,并剖析產(chǎn)生這些問題的主要原因,提出執(zhí)政文化的建構(gòu)路徑。 全文共分為五章： 導(dǎo)論部分作為論文撰寫的風(fēng)向標(biāo),簡(jiǎn)要介紹了文章的選題背景和研究意義,目前國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀以及選題的研究方法和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)等基本問題。 第一章主要從闡釋性研究角度出發(fā),對(duì)文化及其相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行梳理,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)執(zhí)政文化進(jìn)行基本界定。在對(duì)執(zhí)政文化概念界定的基礎(chǔ)上,分析執(zhí)政文化的構(gòu)成要素,并對(duì)執(zhí)政文化的特征、功能進(jìn)行探究,為進(jìn)一步考察中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政文化的成果以及中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政文化建設(shè)的路徑提供理論前提。 第二章主要論述了新時(shí)期中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政文化建設(shè)的理論淵源、時(shí)代背景和重要意義。系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了無產(chǎn)階級(jí)革命導(dǎo)師馬克思、恩格斯、列寧和以毛澤東同志為核心的中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨第一代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體關(guān)于政黨建設(shè)的思想,以及吸收和借鑒中國(guó)優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)政治文化和西方政黨文化思想,為執(zhí)政文化奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。從世情、國(guó)情、黨情三個(gè)維度,重點(diǎn)闡明執(zhí)政文化建設(shè)的時(shí)代背景,并分析執(zhí)政文化建設(shè)的重要意義。 第三章對(duì)新時(shí)期中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政文化建設(shè)歷程進(jìn)行考察。沿著執(zhí)政文化建設(shè)的探索、重新確立以及不斷深入發(fā)展的脈絡(luò),簡(jiǎn)要回顧了新時(shí)期中國(guó)共產(chǎn)執(zhí)政文化建設(shè)的發(fā)展歷程。 第四章對(duì)新時(shí)期中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政文化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析。分別從執(zhí)政價(jià)值觀的不斷發(fā)展、執(zhí)政制度體系的不斷完善、執(zhí)政黨形象的不斷成熟,以及群眾利益表達(dá)機(jī)制不斷擴(kuò)大幾方面,對(duì)執(zhí)政文化建設(shè)進(jìn)程中取得的成就進(jìn)行了論述。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步從執(zhí)政文化建設(shè)思想認(rèn)識(shí)、載體要素、執(zhí)政黨形象方面著重闡釋了執(zhí)政文化建設(shè)過程中存在的問題,并進(jìn)一步分析問題產(chǎn)生的原因。 第五章著重從建構(gòu)性的角度對(duì)新時(shí)期中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政文化建設(shè)的構(gòu)建路徑進(jìn)行了討論。重點(diǎn)從構(gòu)建中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政價(jià)值觀、加強(qiáng)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政制度文化體系以及塑造良好的政黨形象等多方面,分析中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政文化建設(shè)的建構(gòu)路徑。 結(jié)束語部分著力對(duì)整篇文章做一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)要的總結(jié)。認(rèn)識(shí)執(zhí)政文化建設(shè)既是一個(gè)靜態(tài)的過程又是一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)展的過程。加深對(duì)全文的總結(jié)性認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:The study of ruling culture is a new topic , and it is also a new subject for the study of the Chinese Communist Party ' s ruling culture construction . After entering the 21st century , the Communist Party of China has made clear the important contents of the study of the ruling theory with the spirit of reform and innovation , and it is more important that the ruling culture is the motive force and the inner driving force of the Party ' s new great project . Therefore , it is of great theoretical and practical significance to the study of the construction of the ruling culture in the new period .

Based on the explanation of the concept , constituent elements and functions of the ruling culture , this paper probes into the construction path of the ruling culture , based on the explanation of the concept , constituent elements and functions of the ruling culture . The paper reviews the achievements in the process of the construction of the ruling culture , reveals some problems in the process of the construction of the ruling culture , and analyses the main causes of these problems , and puts forward the construction path of the ruling culture .

The full text is divided into five chapters :

The introductory part , as the vane of the thesis , briefly introduces the background and significance of the topic selection , the current research situation at home and abroad , the research methods and innovation points of the topic selection .

In the first chapter , based on the definition of the concept of ruling culture , the article analyzes the constituent elements of the ruling culture , explores the characteristics and functions of the ruling culture , and provides the theoretical prerequisite for further investigation of the achievements of the ruling culture of the Communist Party of China and the path of the ruling culture of the Communist Party of China .

The second chapter mainly discusses the theoretical origin , the times background and the important significance of the CPC ' s ruling culture construction in the new period . The system summarizes the thought of the Communist Party of the proletariat revolution , Marx , Engels , Lenin and the first generation of leadership of the Communist Party of China with Comrade Mao Zedong as the core , and lays a theoretical foundation for the ruling culture . From the three dimensions of the world , the situation and the party , the paper lays emphasis on the times background of the construction of the ruling culture , and analyses the significance of the construction of the ruling culture .

Chapter Three examines the course of Chinese Communist Party ' s ruling culture construction in the new period . Along with the exploration of the construction of the ruling culture , the re - establishment and the deepening of the development , briefly reviews the development course of the construction of China ' s communist ruling culture in the new period .

The fourth chapter analyzes the current situation of the CPC ' s ruling culture construction in the new period . On this basis , the achievements made in the process of the construction of the ruling culture are discussed . On this basis , the problems existing in the construction of the ruling culture are expounded from the aspects of the construction of the ruling culture , the elements of the carrier and the image of the ruling party , and the causes of the problems are further analyzed .

The fifth chapter discusses the construction path of the CPC ' s ruling culture construction in the new period from the angle of constructiveness . The construction path of the ruling culture construction of the Communist Party of China is analyzed from the aspects of the construction of the ruling values of the Communist Party of China , the strengthening of the culture system of the ruling system of the Communist Party of China and the image of the political party .

The conclusion is that the construction of ruling culture is both a static process and a dynamic development process .
