【摘要】：本文闡述了"依法治國"視野下高校學(xué)生基層黨組織民主建設(shè)的內(nèi)涵及必要性,分析了高校學(xué)生基層黨組織民主建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,提出了民主建設(shè)策略,介紹了東華大學(xué)計算機學(xué)院學(xué)生基層黨組織民主建設(shè)的實踐經(jīng)驗:依托思想建黨,強化學(xué)生黨員依法治國理念;落實制度治黨,保障民主建設(shè)實效。其經(jīng)驗是:創(chuàng)新基層黨組織設(shè)置模式,為推進黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)奠定扎實基礎(chǔ);加強教育管理,強化學(xué)生黨員主體民主意識,提升民主能力;完善制度建設(shè),健全民主保障。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the connotation and necessity of democratic construction of college students' grass-roots party organization under the vision of "governing the country by law", analyzes the present situation of democratic construction of college students' grass-roots party organization, and puts forward the strategy of democratic construction. This paper introduces the practical experience of the democratic construction of the basic Party organization of the students in the College of computer Science of Donghua University: building the Party based on thought, strengthening the idea of ruling the country according to law by the student party members, implementing the system of administering the Party and ensuring the actual effect of the democratic construction. The experiences are as follows: innovating the mode of setting up the grass-roots party organization, laying a solid foundation for promoting the democratic construction within the party, strengthening the educational management, strengthening the democratic consciousness of the student party members, enhancing the democratic ability, perfecting the system construction and perfecting the democratic guarantee.
