【摘要】：共青團(tuán)和青年聯(lián)合會(huì)之間的關(guān)系演化,對(duì)于黨的整個(gè)青年工作格局的演進(jìn)至關(guān)重要。兩個(gè)組織的相互關(guān)系大致可分為三個(gè)歷史時(shí)期:1920—1948年,關(guān)系的起源與互動(dòng)時(shí)期,經(jīng)歷了起源與早期互動(dòng)、融入青年革命統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線(xiàn)、恢復(fù)團(tuán)組織與探索建立青聯(lián)等三個(gè)階段;1949—1976年,關(guān)系的建立與轉(zhuǎn)折時(shí)期,經(jīng)歷了組織同時(shí)建立、組織體系擴(kuò)張與工作空間拓展、團(tuán)開(kāi)始實(shí)際領(lǐng)導(dǎo)青聯(lián)、團(tuán)在黨的青年工作中領(lǐng)導(dǎo)核心的確立、關(guān)系大轉(zhuǎn)折與組織發(fā)展大挫折等五個(gè)階段;1977年至今,關(guān)系恢復(fù)與發(fā)展時(shí)期,實(shí)現(xiàn)了組織關(guān)系的恢復(fù)與重新確立,并在改革開(kāi)放之后的新形勢(shì)下不斷調(diào)整工作關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The evolution of the relationship between the Communist Youth League and the Youth Federation is of great importance to the evolution of the whole youth work pattern of the Party. The relationship between the two organizations can be roughly divided into three historical periods: 1920-1948, the origin and interaction of the relationship, experienced the origin and early interaction, and integrated into the youth revolutionary United front. From 1949 to 1976, the establishment and transition period of the relationship experienced the simultaneous establishment of the organization, the expansion of the organizational system and the expansion of the working space, and the League began to actually lead the Youth Federation. The establishment of the leading core of the League in the youth work of the Party, the great turning point in the relationship and the great setback in the organizational development have achieved the restoration and re-establishment of the organizational relationship during the period of the restoration and development of the relationship since 1977. And after the reform and opening up under the new situation constantly adjust the working relationship.
