【摘要】：建設(shè)一支高素質(zhì)的基層黨務(wù)干部隊伍,是高校落實全面從嚴(yán)治黨的重要組織保證。堅持全面從嚴(yán)治黨是高�；鶎狱h務(wù)干部隊伍建設(shè)的重要遵循,旗幟鮮明講政治是高�；鶎狱h務(wù)干部隊伍建設(shè)的方向要求,落實管黨治黨責(zé)任是高校基層黨務(wù)干部隊伍建設(shè)的根本目的。堅持問題導(dǎo)向,亟需解決高校基層黨務(wù)干部隊伍管黨治黨意識不強、結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、專業(yè)化程度不高、工作保障機制不完善的問題。當(dāng)前可從建立系統(tǒng)化的培訓(xùn)教育體系、實施民主化的選拔任用體系、推進主體化的責(zé)任落實體系、健全科學(xué)化的考核評價體系、完善常態(tài)化的激勵保障體系五個方面加強高�；鶎狱h務(wù)干部隊伍建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Building a high-quality contingent of party cadres at the grassroots level is an important organizational guarantee for the implementation of comprehensive and strict administration of the Party in colleges and universities. Adhering to a comprehensive and strict administration of the Party is an important adherence to the building of the contingent of party cadres at the grass-roots level in colleges and universities, and a clear-cut view of politics is the direction of building the contingent of party cadres at the grass-roots level in colleges and universities. Carrying out the responsibility of managing the party is the fundamental purpose of the construction of the party cadres at the grass-roots level in colleges and universities. It is urgent to solve the problems of weak consciousness, unreasonable structure, low degree of specialization and imperfect work guarantee mechanism of the party management and administration of the grassroots party cadres in colleges and universities. At present, we can establish a systematic system of training and education, implement a democratic system of selection and appointment, advance the system of implementing the main body of responsibility, and improve the system of scientific assessment and evaluation. Improve the normal incentive and guarantee system in five aspects to strengthen the construction of grass-roots party cadres in colleges and universities.
