【摘要】：習(xí)近平反腐倡廉思想是經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)踐檢驗(yàn)的馬克思主義中國(guó)化的重大理論成果,是富有鮮明時(shí)代特征、具有中國(guó)特色的廉政理論體系,包含十分豐富的內(nèi)容。這一思想的新時(shí)代特色主要體現(xiàn)為:從保持黨的純潔性破題將反腐倡廉推向新境界,對(duì)黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)和反腐敗斗爭(zhēng)形勢(shì)作出了新判斷,清晰表明了堅(jiān)定不移懲治腐敗的新意志,展現(xiàn)了踏石留印、抓鐵有痕般抓作風(fēng)建設(shè)的新韌勁,提出全面深化改革與反腐敗有機(jī)結(jié)合的新理念,為破解黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)責(zé)任制難題提供了新方法,闡述了通過(guò)思想文化養(yǎng)成建立不想腐機(jī)制的新思路,提出了加強(qiáng)追逃追贓構(gòu)建國(guó)際反腐新秩序的新主張,為黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)和反腐敗斗爭(zhēng)新實(shí)踐提供了正確的指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping's theory of fighting corruption and advocating clean government is a great theoretical achievement of Marxism in China which is proved by practice. It is a clean government theory system with distinctive characteristics of the times and Chinese characteristics, which contains very rich contents. The characteristics of the new era of this thought are as follows: from maintaining the purity of the Party to break the problem, to push the fight against corruption to a new level, to make a new judgment on the construction of a clean and honest party and the situation of the struggle against corruption, and to clearly demonstrate the new will to punish corruption unswervingly, It shows the new tenacity of stepping on stone imprint, grasping iron with trace, and puts forward the new idea of comprehensively deepening the reform and organically combining with anti-corruption, which provides a new method for solving the difficult problem of the responsibility system in the construction of party style and clean government. This paper expounds the new idea of establishing the mechanism of not wanting to corrupt through the cultivation of ideology and culture, and puts forward the new idea of strengthening the pursuit of running after the spoils and building a new international anti-corruption order, which provides correct guidance for the construction of a clean and honest party style and the new practice in the struggle against corruption.
