【摘要】：建國(guó)后,加強(qiáng)黨對(duì)科學(xué)事業(yè)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的既定方針。中國(guó)科學(xué)院是發(fā)展科學(xué)事業(yè)的中堅(jiān)力量,建院初期,相對(duì)于院行政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體的顯赫地位,院黨組成員的社會(huì)影響力明顯較弱,難以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)科學(xué)事業(yè)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。因此,中央不斷通過(guò)外調(diào)高級(jí)別行政干部充實(shí)中國(guó)科學(xué)院黨組,張稼夫和張勁夫先后擔(dān)任黨組書記。通過(guò)加強(qiáng)黨員干部隊(duì)伍建設(shè),完善黨的會(huì)議制度,落實(shí)秘書長(zhǎng)制度等系列舉措,逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)了黨對(duì)科學(xué)事業(yè)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:After the founding of the people's Republic of China, strengthening the Party's leadership in science is the established policy of the Communist Party of China. The Chinese Academy of Sciences is the backbone of the development of scientific undertakings. In the early years of its establishment, compared with the prominent position of the administrative leadership collective of the institute, the social influence of the party and group members of the academy is obviously weak, and it is difficult to realize the leadership of the scientific cause. Therefore, the central government constantly enriched the party group of the Chinese Academy of Sciences through the transfer of senior administrative cadres. Zhang Jiafu and Zhang Jinfu served as party secretaries one after another. Through strengthening the construction of the contingent of party members and cadres, perfecting the party's conference system, and implementing the system of the secretary general, the Party has gradually realized its leadership over the cause of science.
