【摘要】：高職發(fā)展進入新時期,只有創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式,才能培養(yǎng)出適應經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展需求的高素質(zhì)技術技能型人才。高職院校的學生黨員隊伍是學生群體的骨干力量,培養(yǎng)并發(fā)展好學生黨員是高職教育的重要任務�；诟呗毎l(fā)展的新常態(tài),針對學生黨建工作中的實際問題,結合實踐經(jīng)驗,探討創(chuàng)新高職學生預備黨員培養(yǎng)模式。
[Abstract]:With the development of higher vocational education entering the new period, only by innovating the training mode of talents can we cultivate high-quality technical talents who can meet the needs of economic and social development. The student Party members in higher vocational colleges are the backbone of the student group. It is an important task of higher vocational education to cultivate and develop the student Party members. Based on the new normal of the development of higher vocational education and the practical problems in the party building of students, this paper probes into the innovation of the mode of cultivating probationary party members in higher vocational colleges.
