【摘要】：中國共產(chǎn)黨在野黨外交歷史經(jīng)驗十分豐富:在發(fā)展與執(zhí)政黨黨際關(guān)系的同時,堅持把在野黨外交作為一項基礎性和戰(zhàn)略性工作,既全面發(fā)展,又重點推進。準確把握在野黨與執(zhí)政黨之間的競爭合作關(guān)系以及競選條件下政黨輪流坐莊的規(guī)律特點,通過積極開展與在野黨的黨際交往,促進和發(fā)展與未建交國的國家關(guān)系,保持國家關(guān)系的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,維護中國國家利益。"政黨外交搭臺,經(jīng)貿(mào)活動唱戲",對于在野黨具有更加重要的意義,也是在野黨外交的重大主題。開展在野黨外交,要注意處理好與在野黨所在國家的執(zhí)政黨及政府的關(guān)系,不能過高估計在野黨的作用。發(fā)展同在野共產(chǎn)黨的關(guān)系,要體現(xiàn)作為"兄弟黨"之間的友好,但最終還是要落實到促進國家關(guān)系上,堅持不出頭,不扛旗。
[Abstract]:The history of the opposition party diplomacy of the Communist Party of China is very rich: while developing the relations with the ruling party, we should regard the opposition party diplomacy as a basic and strategic work, which not only develops in an all-round way, but also puts emphasis on promoting it. To accurately grasp the relationship of competition and cooperation between the opposition party and the ruling party, as well as the regular characteristics of the rotation of political parties in the election campaign, and to promote and develop the national relations with countries that have not established diplomatic relations through active inter-party exchanges with opposition parties. To maintain the steady development of state relations and safeguard China's national interests. " Party diplomacy and economic and trade activities play a more important role for opposition parties, and are also a major theme of opposition party diplomacy. In carrying out opposition party diplomacy, attention should be paid to dealing with the relations with the ruling party and the government of the country in which the opposition party is located, and the role of the opposition party should not be overestimated. To develop relations with the opposition Communist Party, it is necessary to embody the friendship between the "brother party" and the "fraternal party," but in the end, it is necessary to implement the promotion of state relations, persist in not showing up, and do not carry the flag.
