【摘要】：正官員微博是指"公開以黨政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部身份開設(shè)的個(gè)人微博",它把官員與群眾、政府與民間、政策與政策執(zhí)行、執(zhí)政理念與群眾利益的實(shí)現(xiàn)等聯(lián)系在了一起,與黨在革命和建設(shè)過程中形成并不斷發(fā)展的群眾路線有著高度相關(guān)性。通過微博,官員把自身置于網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代的民眾之中,把與民眾利益相關(guān)的方針、政策、措施等公之于眾,傾聽民眾通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)出的聲音,回應(yīng)民眾通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)表達(dá)的訴求,并從這些聲音中汲取改善工作的能量。當(dāng)前,微博用戶不斷擴(kuò)張,微博問政愈加為群眾熟識(shí),群眾權(quán)利意識(shí)越來越強(qiáng),隨著黨的群眾路線教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的深入發(fā)展,深入分析和探討官員微博有著重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:The official Weibo is a personal Weibo that is opened openly as a leading cadre of the party and government. It links officials with the masses, the government and the people, the implementation of policies and policies, the concept of governance and the realization of the interests of the masses. And the Party in the process of revolution and construction and the continuous development of the mass line has a high correlation. Through Weibo, officials put themselves among the people of the Internet age, making public the principles, policies and measures related to the interests of the public, listening to the voices made by the public through the Internet, and responding to the demands expressed by the public through the Internet. And draw energy from these sounds to improve the work. At present, with the expansion of Weibo users, Weibo is becoming more familiar to the masses, and the awareness of the rights of the masses is becoming stronger and stronger. With the further development of the Party's mass line education practice, it is of great practical significance to deeply analyze and discuss the official Weibo.
