【摘要】：政治文化是一個(gè)政黨的靈魂。中國共產(chǎn)黨黨內(nèi)政治文化以馬克思主義為指導(dǎo),具有鮮明的社會(huì)主義政治文化特征,是對(duì)中華傳統(tǒng)文化思想的傳承、批判與轉(zhuǎn)化。黨內(nèi)政治文化凸顯了文化的政治性,對(duì)一個(gè)政黨凝聚黨內(nèi)共識(shí)、培育政治精英、引領(lǐng)社會(huì)發(fā)展具有重要的功能。新形勢下我們黨強(qiáng)調(diào)黨內(nèi)政治文化建設(shè),目的在于推動(dòng)廣大黨員在黨的建設(shè)這一偉大工程中的自信自覺、凝聚中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國夢合力、有效解決當(dāng)前黨內(nèi)政治生活和政治生態(tài)突出問題。進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化黨內(nèi)政治文化,需堅(jiān)持馬克思主義內(nèi)核價(jià)值、凈化黨內(nèi)外政治文化環(huán)境、強(qiáng)化黨內(nèi)政治自信自覺、發(fā)揮黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部及其黨組織的主體作用。
[Abstract]:Political culture is the soul of a political party. The political culture of the Communist Party of China, guided by Marxism, has the distinctive characteristics of socialist political culture and is the inheritance, criticism and transformation of the Chinese traditional cultural thought. The inner-party political culture highlights the political nature of the culture, which plays an important role in a political party's cohesion of the inner-party consensus, the cultivation of the political elite and the guidance of social development. Under the new situation, our party emphasizes the construction of political culture within the party, the purpose of which is to promote the self-confidence and consciousness of the broad masses of party members in the great project of party building, and to rally Chinese Dream, who is the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, to join forces. Effectively solve the current inner-party political life and political ecology outstanding problems. To further optimize the political culture within the Party, we should adhere to the core value of Marxism, purify the internal and external political and cultural environment of the Party, strengthen the political self-confidence and consciousness within the party, and give play to the main role of the leading cadres of party members and their party organizations.
