【摘要】：黨性教育是共產(chǎn)黨人修身養(yǎng)性的必修課。八十多年來中央黨校一直按照中共中央的決定、要求和部署,把黨性教育落實到教學科研工作中并取得實際成效:1.民主革命時期,為確定黨在民族解放戰(zhàn)爭中的領(lǐng)導地位和推進黨的建設(shè)偉大工程高度重視黨性教育;2.從馬列學院到中央直屬高級黨校期間,把"增強黨性"納入到教學方針之中;3.從中央黨校復校到開創(chuàng)改革開放和現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)新時期,把培養(yǎng)覺悟高、黨性強、作風好、具有現(xiàn)代知識的領(lǐng)導骨干作為培養(yǎng)目標;4.在經(jīng)受國內(nèi)外嚴重政治風波考驗把中國特色社會主義全面推向新世紀期間,提出"理論基礎(chǔ)、世界眼光、戰(zhàn)略思維、黨性修養(yǎng)"的教學布局;5.中共十七屆一中全會以后,以堅定理想信念、增強宗旨觀念和改進作風為重點增強學員的黨性修養(yǎng)。中央黨校黨性教育有三個突出特點:一是黨性教育和理論學習共同提高;二是黨性教育與中心工作統(tǒng)一起來;三是把黨性教育與作風養(yǎng)成緊密結(jié)合。
[Abstract]:Party spirit education is a compulsory course for communists to cultivate themselves. For more than 80 years, the Central Party School has been implementing Party spirit education in teaching and scientific research work in accordance with the decision of the CPC Central Committee, and has achieved practical results: 1. During the period of democratic revolution, in order to determine the leading position of the Party in the war of national liberation and to promote the great project of party building, we attached great importance to the education of party spirit. During the period from the Marxist-Leninist College to the senior party school directly under the Central Committee, "strengthening the Party spirit" was included in the teaching policy. From the rehabilitation of the Central Party School to the opening up of the new period of reform, opening up and modernization, the cultivation of leaders with high awareness, strong Party spirit, good style of work and modern knowledge is regarded as the training objective. During the period when the socialism with Chinese characteristics was pushed into the new century by the test of serious political turmoil at home and abroad, the teaching layout of "theoretical basis, world vision, strategic thinking and party spirit cultivation" was put forward. After the first Plenary session of the 17th CPC Central Committee, the Party spirit of the students should be strengthened by strengthening their ideals and beliefs, strengthening their tenet concepts and improving their style of work. There are three outstanding characteristics of the Party spirit education in the Central Party School: first, the Party spirit education and theoretical study are improved together; second, the party spirit education is unified with the central work; and third, the party spirit education is closely combined with the cultivation of the style of work.
