【摘要】：中國共產(chǎn)黨是以優(yōu)良的黨內(nèi)政治文化獲得全民認(rèn)同來奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的群眾基礎(chǔ)和思想基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)而牢固地確立領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位的。提高黨內(nèi)政治文化全民認(rèn)同度是新時(shí)期黨的建設(shè)的重要戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)。提高黨內(nèi)政治文化全民認(rèn)同度的過程,就是黨內(nèi)政治文化的社會(huì)化過程,實(shí)質(zhì)上是黨和人民在精神文化上同聲相應(yīng)、同氣相求、心心相印、脈脈相通的過程。要以強(qiáng)烈的問題意識(shí)正視黨內(nèi)政治文化全民認(rèn)同存在的理念偏差、制度缺失、利益沖突、權(quán)力腐敗等突出問題。通過確立黨內(nèi)政治文化與社會(huì)政治文化有機(jī)融合并一體化發(fā)展的理念,創(chuàng)新提高黨內(nèi)政治文化全民認(rèn)同度的制度設(shè)計(jì),加強(qiáng)黨內(nèi)政治文化全民認(rèn)同的利益協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制建設(shè),堅(jiān)定不移地反對(duì)腐敗,構(gòu)建良好的權(quán)力生態(tài)等多管齊下的整體合力提高黨內(nèi)政治文化全民認(rèn)同度。
[Abstract]:The Communist Party of China (CPC) has established its leadership position by gaining the recognition of the whole people with its fine inner-party political culture to lay a solid mass and ideological foundation.It is an important strategic task of party building in the new period to improve the political and cultural identity of the whole people within the party.The process of raising the level of the political culture of the whole people within the Party is the socialization process of the political culture within the Party. In essence, it is the process of the Party and the people in the spirit and culture of the same voice, the same spirit, the same heart, the same heart and the same pulse.We should face up to the prominent problems with the strong problem consciousness, such as the deviation of idea, the lack of system, the conflict of interest, the corruption of power and so on.Through establishing the concept of organic integration and development of inner-party political culture and social political culture, innovating the system design to improve the degree of inner-party political culture national identity, and strengthening the interest coordination mechanism construction of inner-party political culture national identity.Unswervingly oppose corruption, build good power ecology, and so on multi-pronged work together to improve the party political culture and national identity.
