本文選題：七大黨章 + 毛澤東思想��； 參考：《湖湘論壇》2017年04期

【摘要】：1945年七大通過(guò)的黨章,是1928年六大之后中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨歷經(jīng)17年由弱變強(qiáng)、轉(zhuǎn)敗為勝、走向成熟的歷史產(chǎn)物,注入了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨最新的理論與實(shí)踐成果,體現(xiàn)了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的獨(dú)立性和創(chuàng)造性。七大結(jié)束后,為了傳達(dá)與落實(shí)七大路線,領(lǐng)會(huì)與掌握毛澤東思想,檢討群眾觀點(diǎn)和群眾路線,以及檢查工作和思想作風(fēng),西北局組織掀起了學(xué)習(xí)七大黨章的活動(dòng)。在普遍、有序的黨章學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中,采用了理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,發(fā)揚(yáng)黨內(nèi)民主,發(fā)揮模范引領(lǐng)作用,成立專門干部業(yè)余學(xué)校培訓(xùn),以及批評(píng)與自我批評(píng)等行之有效的方法。
[Abstract]:The Party Constitution adopted by the Seventh National Congress in 1945 was the historical product of the Communist Party of China (CPC) after 17 years after the sixth National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 1928, which changed from weak to strong, turned defeat into victory, and moved towards maturity, infusing the latest theoretical and practical achievements of the Communist Party of China.It embodies the independence and creativity of the Communist Party of China.At the end of the Seventh National Congress, in order to convey and carry out the line of the Seventh National Congress, to understand and master Mao Zedong's thought, to review the views of the masses and the mass line, and to check the work and style of work, the Northwest Bureau organized an activity to study the Party Constitution of the Seventh National Congress.In the process of studying the party constitution in general and order, some effective methods, such as combining theory with practice, developing inner-party democracy, giving play to exemplary leading role, setting up amateur school training for specialized cadres, and criticizing and self-criticism are adopted.
